The tuition rates noted above include the cost of Stretch-n-Grow, our weekly youth fitness program, for those children ages 2 and up.

Enrollment Fee:  $75 per child.  This helps cover the cost of supplies, including one nap mat.  Enrollment fees are due annually on July 1st. 

*Full tuition is charged each week, regardless of the number of days your child attends. 

*Scholarship children:  You will be responsible for paying the difference in tuition between the Coalition rates and the center’s rates, in addition to any assessed parent fee.  Please note that the Coalition does not cover any additional fees aside from tuition, including enrollment fees.
 
*Late Pick-up Fee:  $10 plus $1 per minute/ per child, will be charged after 6 pm.  This amount will be charged to your account and due with the next tuition payment.

 *There will be a $35 returned check fee, in addition to any charges incurred, including late fees.

  *You will be granted two weeks vacation each year of enrollment after six months, with two weeks written notification prior to leaving.  If this notice is not received, you will be billed for those two weeks.

 *Drop-in rates available upon request.  Pre-registration is required.

*Tuition payments are billed to your account on each Thursday for the next week.  Tuition is due by 6 pm on the following Monday.  Accounts not paid in full by 6 pm on that Monday will be charged a late fee of $10.00 per day.  If payment is not received by Thursday, you child will not be permitted to attend the center until payment is received.  If payment is not received by the following Friday, your child will lose their spot.  If you would like to continue your child’s care at the center, a new security deposit and registration fee will be required.  If there is a waiting list, your child will be placed at the end of that list.  Outstanding balances will be referred to a collection agency.
